Jude is an amazing real estate agent. So lovely, kind and helpful. I have called Jude several times for a year to discuss the market changes and the trends especially in COVID times, she was always informative, helpful and patient. She goes out of her way to make sure that you are the center of care and attention and also never forgets what you like even of your calls were months apart. To add to Jude's wonderful qualities, she is super organized and cares about our time, she made sure to get all of our showings in few days and even according to geographic areas to avoid driving back and forth between different cities. I will never forget when I almost gave up on finding the house that I want and she is the one who pushed me saying that the house of my dreams is out there and we will find it, and she was absolutely right! After we got the house Jude also made sure to give us all the tips needed to maintain the property, apply for utilities and made sure our move is smooth by even recommending moving companies and services that we need. The only way to have luxuries and a first-class real estate experience is with Jude Rahmouni.

She is a super lady, very professional and extremely honest and knowledgeable, she cares about your money and benefits. She never ever miss leads you or sugar-coats anything to finish the business as most people do, she will stop you from making the wrong decision even if she has to start from the beginning again and again. She will be your support and backup anytime and for everything. Jude goes above and beyond what she is supposed to do as an agent, very detail-oriented, and accurate calculations with high multitasking skills. Her estimated price for the house was exactly as the appraisal report and 95% of her comments about the house were written in the inspection report. One of the interesting things about Jude is that she educates her clients before starting any process with passion and patience. I guarantee you will be more knowledgeable about tones of new thinks after dealing with her. She gives you all her attention as you are the most important person in her life despite her busy schedule. I bought my house with her and it’s my honor to refer her to all my family and friends. I think five stars it's not enough for her.

Sale and purchase with Jude

When I first met Jude my first impression was that she was a sweet lady, but once she started working with my mother-in-law, I was blown away. She helped us to update and sell her house, then she took my mother-in-law all over town and helped purchase a condo, she was absolutely amazing!! She treated my mother-in-law as if she was her own mother. She went over and above what is typically expected from a real estate agent. She truly cares about her clients and I would strongly recommend her to any and everyone!!

Jude has been the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She has helped me with more than I ever expected.

Before signing the contract with her, she was very transparent with all the details, and right after signing the contract she began helping around the house immediately.

The coming days were very stressful but Jude managed to us so much from interior designing to the property details sheet (which really helped a lot). She measured the dimensions of certain areas around the house and helped with moving stuff around. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the pictures of the house after they were put online. Gorgeous.

Overall I had an incredible experience with her and would recommend her to everyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Listing and selling my first home with Jude Rahmouni was an excellent and rewarding experience.

I have many realtor friends and didn’t want to choose one over the other, so I was pleased to meet Jude after being recommended to her by a realtor friend.

After 20 plus years in my home, I was quite aware of what houses were selling for and what I felt my house was worth. When Jude came to visit, she was fully prepared with all the past and present sales details of comparable homes in the neighbourhood which helped us arrive at an agreeable valuation.

Jude’s second visit was suggesting interior design improvements and identifying what needed to be done to get the house in tip top shape for photos and ready to put on the market.

Jude put the necessary property details sheets together for the internet and prospective buyers and checked in from time to time to see how things were moving along.

When it came to the photo shoot day, Jude was there helping with last minute details and positioning decor around the house to make it look perfect.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. 30 hours after the first and only open house which was a day after the photo shoot, Jude had expertly negotiated the purchaser’s conditions down and sold the house for the full asking price.

Short and sweet with little aggravation. What more could you ask for?

Jude was excellent to work with and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend her whether you are buying or selling a home.

I must say, I was very impressed with Jude Rahmouni. She exceeded my expectation and I am happy to promote her. At first I wanted to list my house by myself, but then I was introduced to Jude, who assured me she knew how to negotiate the sale of my house quickly and for top dollar. And she did just that! Making sure I was as satisfied as the day I first met her. During the process, there were many offers, but most importantly, Jude knew what was best for her client and did more than I could have done. If I had to pick a Real Estate Agent again, I would pick Jude as she made the entire experience easy and rewarding. To be honest, Jude is the best person I have met who gives her all efforts for her customers to meet their needs and even go beyond expectations.
